Q: If I cancel my registration will I receive a refund?
Yes, you can receive a full refund, provided, that you cancel prior to the date listed on the Registration form (it is not listed here because dates vary from year to year) Partial refunds are available as you get closer to the event dates. Any cancellation within 2 weeks of the event will not be refunded.
Q: Do you submit my continuing educational units to the state and international agencies or societies?
Yes, for IHS approved courses. PHASE Seminars is required to report the number of students that take their courses and earn CEU’s. They also mandate that a certificate of completion be granted so we provide certificates to course participants. TDLR however, does not require the CE provider to “report” hours. In case of an audit, the license holder must provide proof of course completion by submitting a certificate issued at the Spring or Fall Weekend Workshop. If you need a copy of your certificate, a duplicate can be obtained for a nominal fee. ($15 per copy)
Q: Is there any state or country where these online courses are not approved?
As a general rule if your state approves any IHS online course, then your state approves any PHASE Seminars course. PHASE Seminars is an approved “Non-Manufacturing” continuing education sponsor for TX, IHS, & NBC-HIS.
